Terms & Conditions

Welcome to BusinessPlanWriters.ca. We are more than happy to serve you and play our part in the growth of your business with our personalised plans. However, before you access our website or acquire our services, you have to review some terms that govern our site usage. It is compulsory for every user to show consent to these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, we request that you go through every clause mentioned here before placing your order. If you have reservations, even with a single point, please refrain from accessing our site.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including text, graphics, images, and website design, is the intellectual property of BusinessPlanWriters.ca. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables solely for personal or business use. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Services & Deliverables

We specialise in professional business plan writing services tailored to each client’s requirements. The scope, nature, and estimated delivery time of services will be communicated upon order confirmation. All deliverables are provided in electronic format unless otherwise agreed upon.

User Generated Content

Clients may share content, such as business details and financial data, to facilitate the creation of a business plan. You retain ownership of this data, but you grant us permission to use it to deliver our services. We maintain the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Payment Process

All payments are due upon order placement unless a specific written agreement is made. We accept secure online payments through major credit cards, bank transfers, and other verified methods. By submitting payment, you confirm the legitimacy of your payment method. Invoices, receipts, and transaction details will be provided upon request for your records. Note that failure to complete payment may result in delays in service. Our team is available to answer questions about billing or payment procedures. Please ensure prompt payment to facilitate timely project delivery.

Order Confirmation & Accurate Details

To ensure accurate and timely service, clients must provide complete and correct information when placing an order. Details such as company name, contact information, and project requirements should be up-to-date and specific. We are not responsible for delays or inaccuracies caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. Order confirmation will be sent via email, outlining the project scope, timeline, and terms. Please review this carefully and inform us of any discrepancies immediately. Accurate client information is essential for delivering results that are aligned with your goals.

Change of Mind & Order Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may decide to cancel your order after placing it. Our policy regarding order cancellations is as follows:

  • Order Cancellation Period: Clients have 24 hours after order confirmation to cancel without any charges, provided that work on the project has not yet begun.
  • Cancellation After Work Has Commenced: If cancellation is requested after our team has already begun work on the project, any refund issued will be based on the percentage of work completed. You may receive a partial refund minus an administrative fee, and the cost of the work performed up to that point.
  • Exceptions to Cancellation: We reserve the right to deny cancellations in cases where a significant portion of the project has already been completed or where the cancellation request is submitted close to the delivery deadline.
Revision Policy

Our revision policy is designed to ensure that clients are fully satisfied with the final deliverable. We offer revisions within reasonable limits to ensure alignment with the agreed-upon scope and project requirements. Here’s how our revision policy works:

  • Number of Revisions Included: Your order includes several rounds of revisions within the original project scope. Each round of revision allows you to request reasonable adjustments or corrections to the deliverables.
  • Revision Timeline: Requests for revisions must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the deliverable. Revisions requested after this period may be subject to additional fees.
  • Scope of Revisions: Revisions are intended to refine and improve the original work based on your feedback. Major alterations, such as changes in the business plan’s structure, content outside the initial scope, or new requests unrelated to the original brief, may require an additional fee and will be considered a new request.
  • Revision Limitations: Revisions cannot be used to make substantial changes to the scope or purpose of the deliverable after the project has been initiated. We reserve the right to assess each revision request to determine if it falls within the original scope.
Refund Policy

At BusinessPlanWriters.ca, we prioritise client satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality services that meet your expectations. However, certain situations may call for a refund. Our refund policy is outlined as follows:

Eligibility to Claim a Refund:
  • Service Delays: You may request a refund if there are significant delays in delivering your order beyond the timeline agreed upon, provided the delay is not due to factors outside our control (such as delays in receiving necessary information from you).
  • Incomplete Deliverables: If we fail to deliver the final project and no prior agreement is made to extend the timeline or modify the scope, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
  • Failure to Meet Agreed Scope: If the final deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon requirements or specifications, and all reasonable revisions have been attempted, we may offer a partial refund based on the circumstances.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
  • Change of Mind After Work Begins: Once work has commenced, refunds will not be issued for changes of mind or other client-driven cancellations that fall outside our cancellation window.
  • Dissatisfaction Outside Project Scope: Refunds will not be provided in cases where dissatisfaction arises due to subjective preferences outside the agreed scope or if clients request changes that are not covered within the initial brief.
  • Delays Due to Client Response Time: Refunds are not issued for delays caused by late submissions of required information, instructions, or approvals by the client.
Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BusinessPlanWriters.ca is not liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canadian courts.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, with the effective date updated accordingly. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
